Once you've settled on a guitar to purchase, payment can be made by check, Paypal or bank wire transfer. All values are in US Dollars. You can hold a guitar for up to 30 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payment/deposit must be received within 7 days of your confirmed intention to purchase. Once payment has cleared, your guitar will be shipped.

Guitars can be shipped most anywhere on the planet, the cost of which will be added to the purchase price of the guitar. Shipping within the continental USA is a flat $40 for east coast destinations and $60 for elsewhere within CONUS. The customer will pay actual shipping costs for all international destinations, AK and HI. Customers can elect to upgrade their shipping arrangements, from standard USPS service, at their expense. There is no charge for packing or handling.
You need to love this guitar to keep it. So, if you don't love it, you have 24 hours from the carriers' delivery confirmation date/time, to let me know that you're sending it back. If you've purchased a guitar in person at the shop, you also have 24 hours from the time of payment to inform me of a return. Returns must be made in the same guitar box/packing materials received. Full refund, less any non-refundable deposits, follows safe journey back to Chester, VT. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment issued by the buyer at purchase. Shipping costs (to or from) are not refundable as that is a third party expense not related to the guitar purchase.
