I choose my larger body acoustic rebuilds carefully but the Kay-made Folk models from the 1950s and 1960s are hard to turn away. I love the tonal responsiveness of a 000-size body mated with a 12-fret neck. Here’s another crossover candidate (in a larger body size) that will get along with most any acoustic guitar collection that might currently be missing out on such a beauty.
