Vintage 00-size 12-fret in X-braced solid mahogany/mahogany with 1 3/4” nut, generous string spacing, fine playability and robust hog tone
I found this unbranded 12-fret flattop with no redeeming qualities other than potential if given the chance. I liked the shape/proportions and had an old Martin mahogany top laying around that I thought would be a good match for the body. When all was said and done, I’m happy to report that we definitely have increased her qualities beyond “potential". This guitar has great looks and playability, qualities which have no ill bearing on its Martin-infused warm, mahogany tone.
