This little Harmony is one of the better examples produced by this perennial American instrument maker. Quality construction with all solid woods and generous string spacing is a windfall for terz size guitars. Top-off rebuild, this is a wonderful example of an early short scale terz, capable of either standard or G-G terz tuning with extra light strings.

SPECS: terz-size body, 12-fret neck, ladder-braced solid spruce over solid mahogany, paddle headstock with vintage Kluson tuning machines, new adjustable truss rod, full “C” profile neck, bound soundhole and top, maple fretboard with new medium frets, MOP fret markers with corresponding side dots, new ebony bridge with compensated saddle slot, bone nut, saddle and pins. Nut width: 1 3/4”, String Spacing: 2 3/16”, Scale length: 21 3/8”, Upper bout: 8”, Lower Bout: 11 1/4”, Body length: 15 1/4”, Widest body depth: 3 1/2”, Overall length: 32 1/4”, neck depth at 1st fret: 13/16”, neck depth at 5th fret: 13/16”, Action at 12th fret: 3/32”

Work included neck reset, adjustable truss rod, new fretboard/frets/new ebony bridge, updated top bracing, top finish and setup. Please note that vintage, used or repurposed materials will have underlying swirls, scrapes, scratches, bumps and bruises. Any new elements/features added during the rebuild were made to fit in with the old.
